Reservations and Payments

  • How can I make a reservation?

    You can book your stay by contacting us at: villacantiaka@gmail.com

  • How much is the deposit to make the reservation effective?

    We require a 30% deposit payment for the reservation. And the remaining 70% one week before arrival at the villa

  • Is there a security deposit?

    Yes, we require a security deposit of €3,000 which is refundable within 48/72 hours of the end of the stay.

Check in check out

  • When can we check in/check out?

    Arrival is at 3:00 pm.

    Check-out is at 10 am.


  • Can we do late check out?

    If there is availability (LOW COST)

    LATE CHECK-OUT SCHEDULE until 3:00 p.m.


  • Who will receive you?

    Our House Manager will greet you upon arrival and show you everything you need to know about Can Taika.

Villa Information

  • The Villa

    • The villa has a capacity for 10 people.

    • Pool towels, bath towels, and all bedclothes included.

    • The rental of the villa includes 4 hours of daily cleaning from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

    • Courtesy bathroom set included.

    • Basic kitchen consumables are provided, such as liquid detergent and dishwasher tablets.

    • A complete cleaning is included on departure.

    • A change of towels in the middle of the stay is included.


  • What is the minimum stay?

    The minimum stay is 7 nights

  • Is there a cleaning charge?

    The villa must be delivered clean, also the kitchen and the BBQ area. The rental of the villa includes 4 hours of daily cleaning.

    If you want more cleaning hours you can request it, the cost of each additional cleaning hour is €25.

    If you need it, you can request an additional change of towels for €15/person or sheets for €30/bed.


  • Are Pets Allowed in the house?

    Calm, non-aggressive, or disturbing pets that are domesticated are welcome at Can Taika. Of course, their owners are in charge of cleaning up the dirt that their pets may generate.

  • What happens if I lose the keys to the house?

    Upon arrival, 2 main door controls and 3 keys are delivered. If they are not fully returned, €200 will be withheld from the deposit.

  • Where is Can Taika?

    Can Taika is located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia area, with the best views of San Antonio Bay and Cap Nono.

    Less than 5 minutes away to the paradisiacal beaches in the area, Cala Bassa, Port des Torrent, or the Comte beaches and 20 minutes from the airport.
